The AMPAK Technology® AP72312_16M_A is a WLAN (Wi-Fi 7), Bluetooth (6.0), Thread and MCU combination chip with edge AI enabled. It is defined to support two modes of operation, independent master- and slave-mode. In slave mode, the host is the master which is responsible for AP72312_16M_A programming and to fulfill all the requirements for boot and guidance to control the operating modes and features. In master mode, AP72312_16M_A is independent and self-sufficient to boot and operate without any support from external host. The Ampak AP72312_16M_A smart AIoT device includes an integrated general purpose MCU ARM M52 200-MHz Helium DSP with U55 uNPU 50 GOPS @ 200 MHz, 2.4/5/6 GHz IEEE802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be MAC/baseband/radio and Bluetooth 6.0 and 802.15.4 Thread.
