AMPAK has a team of technicians with professional engineering backgrounds to support a wide range of customer applications. In addition to our accumulated experience in high frequency wireless hardware design, highly intensive assembly, production, and testing environment, we are able to provide hardware and software integration support for various CPU application platforms using different digital interfaces (PCIe, USB, SDIO) and the operating systems used (Windows, Linux, Android, RTOS). We also need to get our customers' products through the high-frequency safety regulations of the regions where they are sold. Therefore, we must have sufficient experience and support manpower to design and produce our own branded, highly dense SiP modules, and to support our customers in developing and integrating their products in a timely manner.
